Application and Changes to These Terms
These Terms apply from the time you install or use the KeyKey app. Where separate policies, event notices, purchase screens, probability information, or the privacy policy are shown within the app, those notices may also apply as part of the conditions of service use.
KeyKey may change these Terms in response to changes in law, store policies, or service features. Significant changes will be posted in the app or on the website, and changes that are unfavorable or material to users will be announced by a reasonable method before the effective date.
Description of the Service
KeyKey is a mobile app that provides keycap and switch collection, tap rewards, KeyDex growth, profile and friend features, a shop, pack purchases, random boxes and random cases, rewarded ads, and event rewards.
KeyKey supports Android and iOS, although availability may vary by region, storefront, and release status. Builds installed from Google Play or the App Store may offer paid digital goods through the applicable store's in-app purchase system. KeyKey does not currently offer subscription products.
You can start as a guest, but Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, or account identification information may be required to back up progress, restore purchases, recover an account, or process an account deletion request.
Accounts and User Responsibilities
You must securely manage access to your KeyKey account, device, linked Apple or Google account, and payment methods. Problems arising from your negligence, from providing your account or payment information to a third party, or from failing to protect your authentication methods may be your responsibility.
You must not provide false information, use another person's account, use abnormal automation, exploit bugs, manipulate payments or ad rewards, tamper with data, reverse engineer, gain unauthorized access to servers or networks, or harass or impersonate other users.
Minors
KeyKey is not designed for or marketed to users under the age of 16 and is intended for users aged 16 and older.
If a minor purchases paid products, the consent of a legal guardian may be required. Under applicable law, a contract entered into without the consent of a legal guardian may be canceled by the minor or the legal guardian.
Age Ratings and Regional Restrictions
Content ratings for KeyKey may vary by country or region according to the standards of the applicable rating authority. Users must comply with the age rating displayed in Google Play and the App Store for their region and with applicable law.
If a higher minimum age is required by the applicable content rating or local law, that higher requirement will apply.
Free and Paid Virtual Currency
Key Shards are a free currency earned through play, such as tapping, attendance, achievements, events, and duplicate rewards. Key Shards have no cash value, cannot be converted to cash or Key Gems, and cannot be transferred or sold between accounts.
Key Gems are a paid digital currency purchased through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Bonus Key Gems granted through events or rewards may be distinguished from charged Key Gems purchased with payment, and bonus currency may be excluded from refunds.
Key Shards and Key Gems can be used, under the conditions shown in the app, to unlock random boxes, random cases, packs, premium content, or individual keycaps or switches. The usable currency, price, composition, rewards, and duplicate-refund criteria for each product follow what is shown on the purchase or use screen.
Key Gems, Key Shards, keycaps, switches, and other digital currencies and items cannot be converted into cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything else of real-world monetary value, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
These currencies and items cannot be transferred, sold, or traded between users. KeyKey does not provide play-to-earn rewards, NFTs, cryptocurrency rewards, a user-to-user marketplace, or cash-value rewards.
Purchases and Payments
Paid digital-goods purchases in KeyKey builds distributed through Google Play are processed through Google Play Billing; purchases in builds distributed through the App Store are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Product names, localized prices, taxes, payment methods, and authorization screens are displayed according to the applicable store and your Google or Apple account settings.
Key Gems are granted after the store payment completes and the KeyKey server verifies the transaction through Google Play or the App Store Server API. Network errors, store delays, or server-verification delays may delay the grant or the reflection of purchase history, and you can request confirmation through the app's purchase-restoration or customer-support paths.
When sending a purchase inquiry, provide the product ID and payment time shown in the app or store purchase history and, only if needed, the Google Play order number or relevant Apple purchase-history information. Do not email sensitive values such as payment tokens, signed transaction data, raw receipts, or your full user ID.
Withdrawal, Refunds, and Purchase Restoration
For Google Play purchases, use the Google Play refund path. For App Store purchases, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Refund eligibility and processing follow the applicable store policy, applicable law, and KeyKey's refund-handling criteria; contact KeyKey support for missing grants or purchase-restoration issues.
For digital content and in-app goods, the statutory right of withdrawal and the right to a refund may be limited under applicable law once delivery or use has begun, except where applicable law provides otherwise. However, where withdrawal is guaranteed by law, where payment was processed normally but goods were not granted, or where a duplicate payment or system error is confirmed, we will take reasonable measures such as cancellation, refund, re-grant, or restoration after reviewing the relevant records.
If a refund, payment cancellation, chargeback, or fraudulent payment is confirmed, the Key Gems, purchased content, packs, or rewards granted by that payment, or the results of their use, may be reclaimed or restricted. Free currency, event bonuses, ad rewards, and already-consumed rewards may not be eligible for refunds.
If the service is discontinued, KeyKey will announce the shutdown schedule in advance and operate a customer support channel for at least 30 days after shutdown so that inquiries about unused paid items, or paid items with remaining use periods, can be submitted.
Random Boxes, Random Cases, and Randomized Items
KeyKey's random boxes and random cases may grant keycaps, switches, and other digital rewards according to set probabilities. For randomized items that can be purchased directly or indirectly with paid currency, the reward types and probability information are made available in a nearby location before purchase or use.
The probability information, cost, reward pool, duplicate rewards, and the number of Key Shards refunded on duplicates follow the latest criteria shown on the app screen or website. If probabilities or reward composition change, we will provide notice in the app or on the website in accordance with applicable law and store policies.
Random results may include duplicate rewards. Key Shard refunds for duplicate rewards are granted according to the criteria shown in the app and do not mean a cash refund or a Key Gem refund.
Advertising and Rewards
KeyKey may provide optional rewarded ads. Ad rewards are granted when you meet the ad-viewing conditions and the ad network or server verification is completed.
If a network error, ad load failure, early exit by the user, ad-network verification failure, or abnormal repeated attempts or manipulation is confirmed, the reward may not be granted or may be reclaimed.
Content Rights and Permitted Use
Rights to the KeyKey app, website, keycap images, switch sounds, UI, text, database, logos, characters, and other content belong to Amini Studio or the applicable rights holders.
You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, modify, crawl, extract data from, or use the app or content through automated means, or use it commercially without separate permission.
Service Changes, Maintenance, and Restrictions
KeyKey may change or temporarily suspend service features, products, prices, rewards, probabilities, and UI for stable operation, security, compliance with law or store policies, content updates, bug fixes, or the ending of events.
If you violate these Terms or operational policies, abuse payment, reward, ad, or server features, or harm other users or service operations, KeyKey may take measures such as warnings, reward reclamation, purchase restriction, feature restriction, account use restriction, and account deletion.
If you object to a use restriction or reward reclamation, you can contact support@keykeymobile.app. KeyKey reviews such cases reasonably based on verifiable logs, payment records, and server records.
Privacy and Account Deletion
KeyKey processes the personal information needed to provide the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You can find details on personal information processing at https://keykeymobile.app/en/privacy.
Account deletion can be requested through the app settings screen or the procedure described at https://keykeymobile.app/en/account/delete. Upon account deletion, account-related data is deleted or anonymized, except for records that must be retained under law and the minimum records needed to respond to payment disputes.
Limitation of Liability
KeyKey provides the service to the extent permitted by applicable law. KeyKey's liability may be limited for damages arising from communication network failures, store or external service failures, your device environment, causes attributable to you, or force majeure.
These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for damages caused by KeyKey's intent or gross negligence, rights guaranteed to consumers by law, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and the use of the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, KeyKey and the user will first consult in good faith through the customer support email.
Disputes not resolved through consultation may be handled through consumer dispute mediation, e-commerce dispute mediation, or competent court procedures under applicable law. Where exclusive jurisdiction is set by law, that standard applies.
Language and Applicable Rights
These Terms are available in Korean and English. Both versions are intended to have the same meaning. If there is any inconsistency, the Korean version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws applicable to you.
